The project is a high spec office refit. The main floor plate has been divided into multiple cellular offices and breakout areas. Underfloor busbar and structured wiring feeds work stations. UGR 19 compliant flat panel fittings are accompanied by feature lighting throughout. Door access and fire alarm has been installed and interfaced to the existing building.
